Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://kgsbarbershop.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. KG’s Barbershop reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Barber Shop, Barber, Mens Haircut, Fade Haircut, Taper Haircut, Kids Haircut, Buzz Cut, Hot Towel Shave provided by KG’s Barbershop. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://kgsbarbershop.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KG’s Barbershop or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. KG’s Barbershop may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Warranty Disclaimer. KG’s Barbershop makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, KG’s Barbershop's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold KG’s Barbershop harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Choice of Law. MN law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MN, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
